We are looking for a highly motivated and agile Recruiting Coordinator to join the Microsoft AI Recruiting team in London, supporting recruiting across EMEA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and demonstrates unwavering attention to detail. We are looking for someone fluent in the rhythms of AI and research hiring, who earns the trust of candidates and hiring teams quickly, and who is judged, happily, on results.
As an HR Generalist supporting the Microsoft AI (MAI) organization, one of Microsoft's fastest-growing businesses, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, partnering with HR Business Partners and Recruiting to scale teams, develop talent, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. In MAI's agile environment, you will help leaders adapt to evolving priorities, navigate change, and create impactful employee experiences that enable business success.

Responsibilities
- HR Community Leadership:
- Partner closely with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to support hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce growth strategies that enable business scale and talent success.
- Influence and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape and adapt company programs, policies, and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the MAI organization while maintaining alignment with Microsoft priorities.
- Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Act as an employee advocate by identifying themes, removing friction points, and improving experiences across the employee lifecycle in partnership with managers, leaders, HRBPs, and Recruiting.
- Help ensure new employees are successfully onboarded, connected, and positioned for success in a rapidly scaling organization.
- Help leaders navigate growth, change, and organizational complexity by providing proactive guidance, identifying emerging people trends, and escalating risks as appropriate.
- Projects, Programs, and Initiatives:
- Lead and execute people initiatives that support organizational scaling, workforce growth, organizational changes, onboarding effectiveness, and talent movement.
- Use data, insights, and workforce trends to inform recommendations, identify risks, and support business and people-related decisions.
- Quickly adapt priorities and approaches in response to changing business needs, organizational growth, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND demonstrable experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience supporting agile, high-growth organizations that utilize cross-functional teams, squad-based operating models, or rapid planning cycles.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
- Ability to work from the London office three days per week.
HR Generalist IC5
- The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 70,300.00 - £ 133,900.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
