I am delighted to be partnering a great client who is seeking a proactive, experienced, and personable People Partner to join a busy and growing People team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of HR activities and is passionate about delivering an outstanding colleague experience while supporting leaders across the business.

Within the role you will provide practical HR advice and support to managers and colleagues while contributing to key People initiatives.

This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to make a real impact across the entire employee lifecycle.

  • You'll build trusted relationships with colleagues and leaders
  • Coach managers through people-related matters
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture

You'll also help oversee the day-to-day operation of the HR function, working alongside the People & Office Assistant to coordinate payroll administration and office facilities.

We are looking for someone who can confidently balance operational HR responsibilities with strategic People initiatives, providing a responsive, commercially focused, and high-quality People service.

  • Previous experience in an HR, People Partner, or similar HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence to influence, coach, and appropriately challenge managers.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative working style.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and HR systems experience.
