This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of HR activities and is passionate about delivering an outstanding colleague experience while supporting leaders across the business.

This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to make a real impact across the entire employee lifecycle.
- You'll build trusted relationships with colleagues and leaders
- Coach managers through people-related matters
- Contribute to the ongoing development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture
You'll also help oversee the day-to-day operation of the HR function, working alongside the People & Office Assistant to coordinate payroll administration and office facilities.
We are looking for someone who can confidently balance operational HR responsibilities with strategic People initiatives, providing a responsive, commercially focused, and high-quality People service.
You Will Ideally Have

- Previous experience in an HR, People Partner, or similar HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience managing employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The confidence to influence, coach, and appropriately challenge managers.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- A proactive, positive, and collaborative working style.
- Strong Microsoft Office and HR systems experience.
