Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates or solutions aligned with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment or project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure the suitability of candidates or solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand specific requirements and deliver tailored staffing or project solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all activities.
