At Intralox, we believe that people are our greatest asset. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our UK People and Culture team in Kingswinford. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on, operational role while partnering closely with leaders to support business success.
This position offers significant ownership, broad exposure across the business, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment alongside talented colleagues and an experienced leadership team. The role provides excellent opportunities for learning, development, and involvement in UK-specific HR initiatives.
What You Will Do
As the HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders and employees, ensuring effective HR support across our UK facility while collaborating with the wider EMEA People and Culture team. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with business leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support
- Monitor UK employment trends, legislation, and best practices to maintain compliance
- Manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives
- Support absence management processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Maintain and improve HR processes, procedures, and operational practices
- Lead and coordinate recruitment activities, including managing external recruitment partners
- Collaborate closely with HR specialists in HRIS, Health & Safety, and Employee Development
- Participate in UK-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use data and insights to support HR decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement

What We Are Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience in maintaining HR processes and ensuring compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR systems.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data to support decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing and/or a B2B environment.
- Experience with HR technology, AI tools, and analytics.
- Exposure to international or multi-site organizations

Location & Travel
This is a full-time onsite position based in Kingswinford, United Kingdom. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the site. Occasional travel to the Netherlands EMEA Headquarters is expected, approximately 3-4 times per year.
