Temporary - 12 Months
Location - Onsite 5 days per week in either Southampton, London or Bedford, UK.
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support leaders and employees within the UK across all aspects of the employee lifecycle and people strategy of a growing global organisation. Joining a large EMEA-wide HR team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role will partner with senior management and play a key role in supporting the business through an exciting period of growth.
This role offers broad exposure across HR, working closely with leaders and specialist teams across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business, contribute to key people initiatives and gain valuable experience within a global organisation.
This role will be a key business partner to functional managers, supporting day-to-day HR activities as well as wider initiatives across employee engagement, workforce planning, organisational change and HR transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees and managers, responding to queries and supporting HR issues and programmes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data, supporting employee status changes and HR communications.
- Track workforce data to support hiring, retention and workforce planning activities.
- Support performance management processes, career development and talent initiatives.
- Partner with the HR team on employee relations matters and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Use HR systems and data to generate reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Support organisational changes and HR-led change initiatives, including team restructures and changes to reporting lines.
- Deliver clear and timely communications on HR programmes, policies and organisational changes.
- Support the transition of HR activities to the HR Hub in Manila, including knowledge transfer and acting as a local point of contact for regional stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the standardisation of HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Required / Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR advisory experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR principles, policies, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet); experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM preferred) a plus.
- Data Analytics experience preferred.
