Westfalia Fruit HR / HRIS Consultant
Westfalia Fruit is looking to secure an experienced part-time HR / HRIS Consultant to support the ongoing transformation of our HRIS. Based out of Kings Hill HQ (Kent, UK), we require a professional to work across a shifting work demand to insert into our transformation team as and when required on a day rate.
As part of our continuous improvement plans, Westfalia is launching its new HRIS (Deel) throughout 2026 and we require immediate support with an experienced HRIS transition specialist to assist us.

The role would likely require some frequent travel to the HQ site in Kent, with approximately 2-3 days of implementation per week. Length of contract is uncertain but estimated timeframes will be 6 months.
Flexibility will be key in this role as the workload may vary from week to week. Please note that the project is underway and we require someone comfortable with ambiguity in picking up this project mid-way through.

Required Experience:
- Must be an EU payroll expert
- Must reside in the UK and be comfortable travelling to Kings Hill (Kent) HQ from time to time
- Available on a day rate and set up accordingly to invoice
- Prior experience transitioning HRIS systems
- Available between 2-3 days per week with flexibility
Day rate is open for negotiation.
