My client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys a varied role and can confidently support managers and staff across a range of HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees
  • Support employee relations cases, including absence management, performance, and disciplinary matters
  • Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor/HR Officer role
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law
  • Confident handling ER cases
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
  • CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)
