About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our internal communication, culture-building initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people and keeping things organised behind the scenes. You'll work closely with the HR team to help employees stay informed, engaged, and connected to company culture, while also lending a hand wherever operational support is needed.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Communication
- Support the drafting, editing, and distribution of internal announcements, newsletters, and updates
- Help maintain internal communication channels (intranet, email, digital boards)
- Assist in producing content for internal campaigns (e.g. onboarding materials, event promotions)
- Coordinate localisation of communication materials where needed
Culture & Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of culture-building activities and employee engagement events
- Help document and share employee stories, team spotlights, and recognition moments
- Assist with gathering employee feedback (pulse surveys, focus groups) and summarising findings
- Support onboarding experience initiatives to help new hires feel welcomed and connected
Operations Support
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support across HR projects
- Help maintain HR trackers, calendars, and documentation
- Assist in coordinating logistics for HR events, workshops, and training sessions
- Support data organization and light reporting as needed
What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with common office and collaboration tools
- A team player who's curious about people, culture, and how organisations work
- Prior internship, student club, or project experience in communications or HR is a plus
