About Zymix

Zymix is the definitive lifestyle ecosystem for the digital generation—bridging the gap between social connection and real-world experience. Transcending the "Super App" model, Zymix fuses hyper-social interaction with a seamless service layer, empowering global youth to integrate a wide range of services beyond social networking, discover AI-curated experiences, and unlock essential services in one fluid motion. We are redefining the platform economy by prioritising authenticity, community, and friction-free living.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and bilingual HR Intern to join our fast-growing London team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain direct exposure to core Human Resources operations, employee experience, and talent management within a scaling global "Super App" ecosystem.

Working closely with the HR leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting daily HR administration, coordinating onboarding activities and maintaining employee records. If you are eager to launch your career in HR, learn UK employment best practices, and work across a dynamic, cross-functional team, this role is for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
