POSITION: HR Intern
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: London based
REPORTS TO: Retail HR Business Partner
START DATE: January 2027
DURATION: 12 Months
PURPOSE
Support the HR team across Head Office and Retail related administration tasks, HR projects and internal communications.
Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment of interns. This may include screening, shortlisting and telephone interviewing candidates as and when required.
- Support with the organisation and logistics of the intern assessment centres.
Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters and contracts, as well as other onboarding documents.
- Perform right to work checks
- Organise and support with the onboarding process and first day induction. This includes updating the internal HR system, as well as keeping various trackers up to date.

Administration
- Support with ad hoc data and reference requests
- Prepare change of detail letters such as salary increases, promotions etc
- Maintain employee records
- Gain understanding of lower level Employee Relations cases
- Gain understanding of family friendly policies and associated Prêt-à-portererwork
- Manage the Retail HR Support inbox
- Update and maintain the ER tracker
Development
- Research external training courses, platforms, and best practices
- Be the first point of contact for communicating on internal LVMH trainings, from invite to feedback + follow up.
- Organise committee meetings, focus groups, and events, in line with the DEI strategy

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Highly organised
- Proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Presentation skills
- Creativity
- Basic Skills in Video Editing & graphic design tools (e.g. Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or similar tools)
- Ability to create visually appealing content and graphics.
- Adaptability
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written
