Role Description
This full-time remote HR internship is designed for students and recent graduates interested in developing foundational skills in human resources within a consulting environment. Day-to-day tasks include supporting HR-related research and analysis for client projects, assisting in the development and documentation of HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the design of employee benefit frameworks and personnel management practices. The intern will help prepare HR reports and presentations, collaborate with project teams to address client HR challenges, and maintain accurate records and documentation. The role also involves participating in virtual meetings, contributing ideas to improve HR processes, and proactively learning about best practices in HR management.

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in applying these concepts in a consulting context.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to research and summarize relevant best practices.
- Interest or experience in Personnel Management, including basic concepts of employee lifecycle, performance, and engagement.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills; ability to organize information clearly and accurately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing time and tasks in a remote, student-led setting.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR or consulting is an advantage but not required.
