Who are we looking for:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on the role of HR Lead, UK & Europe within our organization. This is a UK based fully remote role with extended responsibilities for the European region. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert in all things HR, with a proven track record of effectively leading and managing human resources functions. You should have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations, coupled with the ability to align these with our company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate yearly performance review within your region, following the global template and guidelines.
  • Coordinate the training programs planning and execution, working with global HR and regional leadership.
  • Implement engagement programs, surveys, and activities to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing HR strategies and addressing organizational challenges.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership to manage compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant and aligned with industry norms.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.

MUST Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity
  • HR Designation or Certification
  • Expert level knowledge in UK Employment standards; knowledge of European Employment Standards an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Client Orientation
  • Fluent in English; other languages an asset (French, Dutch)
  • Legally entitled to work in the country in the UK
