Are you the person everyone turns to when managers need guidance, colleagues need support, and development needs a fresh approach?

We're looking for an experienced and creative HR & Learning Advisor to join our team and help our people thrive.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical HR advice with innovative people development. You'll work closely with managers to navigate people challenges, support colleague wellbeing and performance, and create learning experiences that help our people grow and succeed. If you love helping people reach their potential, enjoy building strong relationships and aren't afraid to try new approaches, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This isn't your typical HR role.

Around half of your time will be spent acting as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance on people matters and supporting a positive workplace culture.

The other half will focus on people development, where you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver bespoke programmes, workshops and resources that reflect our values, culture and ambitions.

We're looking for someone who can think creatively, challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to how we support, develop and empower our colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
