Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Documentation Support

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions
  • Screening CVs
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Preparing employment offer letters and contracts

Employee Relations & HR Records

  • Maintain confidential staff files
  • Attendance registers
  • Leave records
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of the 20 staff across Finance, Admin, Event/Training, and Marketing/Adhoc
