Pay: £27,282-£30,492 per annum (£14.17-£15.84 per hour), depending on experience/level

About the Role
Morson Edge are currently recruiting for an HR Lifecycle Administrator on behalf of our client on a temporary basis for 6 months (with possible extension).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or HR professional to join a busy, high-volume team supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
The role will focus on the administration and coordination of key employee lifecycle processes, including employee record updates, internal offers, new contracts, internal moves and general HR administration, while also providing a high level of customer service to employees and internal stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced environment, so we're looking for someone who is confident, organised and comfortable managing a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee records accurately and efficiently.
- Process employee lifecycle changes and ensure relevant systems are kept up to date.
- Prepare and process internal offers and associated documentation.
- Produce and issue new contracts and other employee documentation.
- Support the administration of internal employee moves and transfers.
- Respond to employee and internal stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clear guidance on HR processes, policies and procedures where appropriate.
- Manage a high volume of administrative tasks and requests, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is handled confidentially.
- Work closely with the wider HR and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Use HR systems and Microsoft packages to process and maintain information.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the employee lifecycle.

About You
We're looking for someone who is confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced HR or administrative environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous HR administration or HR experience.
- Customer service experience, ideally within a busy environment.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence communicating with employees and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to ask questions and resolve queries.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using HR systems would be advantageous.
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant HR qualification would be desirable, although relevant practical experience will also be considered.

The Environment
This is a high-volume operation, with the wider team supporting approximately:
- 700 recruitment offers per year
- 500 internal moves per year
You'll need to be comfortable working at pace, dealing with multiple requests and maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout.
Full training will be provided. During the first 1-2 weeks, you may be required to spend additional time in the office to support your training and integration into the team.
Working Arrangements
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Ansty office, with the remainder working from home.
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts operating on a rota basis between:
- 08:00-16:00
- 09:00-17:00
There may be a requirement to work more regularly from the office during the initial training period.
Pay
This is a Level 2 position with the following pay structure:
- Entry: £27,282 per annum / £14.17 per hour
- Step 1: £28,887 per annum / £15.01 per hour
- Step 2: £30,492 per annum / £15.84 per hour
