Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days from home
Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm
The Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a busy and collaborative HR team within a leading law firm.
The role will have a strong focus on employee relations, alongside supporting the wider HR function and contributing to systems, processes and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a range of employee relations matters from start to finish.
- Provide trusted HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including improving systems and processes.
- Support the wider HR team across the full employee lifecycle.

About You
- CIPD Level 5 minimum.
- Strong HR experience with proven ability to manage ER cases independently.
- Confident, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An interest in HR systems and technology.
