I am working with an exceptionally successful high growth Asset management business in London who are looking to recruit a HR Manager initially on a 6 month FTC with an option to go permanent at the end of that period.

This business has seen exceptional growth over the last year due to market conditions and an impressive acquisition strategy and this role will be reporting to the HRD of UK and EMEA.

Paying up to £85K your duties will include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of outstanding HR operational service, working closely with the Head of departments
  • Provide trusted one to one advice, guidance and coaching to Heads of Departments and employees on all HR matters.
  • Advise on employee relations matters across all areas of the business, seeking advice from the HRD on more complex matters if needed.
  • Supporting the business with the annual review process, performance reviews and salary reviews
  • Supporting the Heads of Departments with any delivery of training.
  • Advise on HR policy, making or recommending appropriate decisions.
  • Work closely with the HRD on Benefits renewals and data analysis including broker interaction
  • To work with the business on key initiatives and implementation of key priorities around performance and HR strategy
  • To provide strategic input into the HR strategy and to assist with initiatives, working closely with the HR team.
  • Co-ordination of the wellbeing and talent development strategy
  • Involvement in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • To support on HR projects as and when needed
  • Line management and support of HR Administrators.

Job Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven HR knowledge and experience at HR manager or HRBP level.
  • Experience in a professional services organisation and/or Asset Management is desirable.
  • A strong client service attitude. Being able to deal with demanding clients groups and build creditability, confidence and effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and must be able to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Well organised, uses initiative, prioritises appropriately, proactive, shows attention to detail, manages own workload and meets deadlines.
  • Shares information and ideas and keeps abreast of developments externally and how that might be relevant for the business
  • Can work with autonomy and be creative with new ideas
