HR Manager
Salary: £60,000 plus company specific benefits
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
Robert Walters is partnering with a growing international business to recruit an experienced HR Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This client will also potentially be able to consider candidates seeking part-time work.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role supporting approximately 300 employees across the UK, USA, New Zealand, Germany, and the Netherlands. Working closely with the HR Director, you'll lead day-to-day HR operations, provide expert employee relations support, oversee outsourced payroll and benefits, and partner with managers to deliver practical people solutions that support business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers on all HR and employee relations matters.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Oversee outsourced payroll and benefits across multiple countries.
- Maintain HR data and reporting through HiBob.
- Support recruitment and onboarding across the business.
- Drive HR process improvements and ensure compliance.
About You
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing payroll and working with HR systems (HiBob desirable).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
