We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Sheetfeeding Windrush Team in a broad, visible, and impactful role.
Flexibility That Works for You
We recognise the value that experienced HR professionals bring and understand the importance of flexibility. This role is available on a part-time basis of 24-30 hours per week, with flexibility around how these hours are worked across the week. We're open to discussing working patterns that support both the needs of the business and the successful candidate.
About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in their HR career and is looking to further develop their experience and influence.
You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape culture, build capability, and deliver practical people solutions that support business success. No two days are the same. You'll lead and support a wide range of people initiatives, including:
- Organisational and workforce planning
- Employee relations and case management
- Leadership development, coaching, and support
- Talent and succession planning, including recruitment cycle
- Change management
- Culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives

What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced HR professional who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative and pragmatic approach. You'll combine strong organisational skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
You'll bring:
- Broad generalist HR experience
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence partnering with leaders and influencing decisions
- Sound judgement and a commercial mindset
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for developing people and teams
