You will combine hands-on HR expertise with a strong understanding of technology and games industry talent. The role also provides an important channel for employees to raise concerns, resolve challenges, and strengthen workplace culture. Your work will directly contribute to engagement, retention, psychological safety, and sustainable team growth.

  • Handle employee terminations professionally and fairly, ensuring appropriate documentation, legal compliance, clear communication, and respectful treatment.
  • Serve as a trusted and approachable HR partner for employees, providing a neutral channel for conflicts, frustrations, and personal workplace concerns.
  • Identify unhealthy team dynamics and early signs of attrition, helping employees and managers address issues through constructive communication and practical problem-solving.
  • Partner with leadership and the wider HR team on engagement, well-being, inclusion, psychological safety, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Contribute to remote-team rituals, events, and initiatives that strengthen connection, collaboration, and a positive employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to streamline HR workflows, improve processes, and support more efficient ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
