Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied part-time position where you can make a real impact?
We are partnering with a well-established leisure organisation based in the historic city of Chichester to recruit a Part-Time HR Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and people-focused business that values employee engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide both operational and strategic HR support, helping to shape people initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
What will the HR Manager role involve?
- Providing expert HR guidance and support to operational managers across the organisation
- Leading on employee relations issues, ensuring constructive resolution and positive workplace culture
- Reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
- Supporting key organisational and people initiatives to foster a high-performing environment
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making

Suitable Candidate For The HR Manager Vacancy
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent, and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Demonstrates the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with an approachable and professional manner
- Enthusiastic about contributing to organisational success and inspiring positive change
