Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take ownership of a busy, hands-on HR function in a fast-growing international business?

MiCiM is expanding across the UK and Europe, and we are looking for a confident HR Manager to help shape how we support, develop and engage our people as we grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the day-to-day delivery of HR, manage and develop a small HR team, and act as a trusted partner to managers across the business. You will bring structure, pace and practical HR expertise to a role that has real visibility and influence across the organisation. You will play a key part in building scalable people processes, supporting organisational change and ensuring employees have a positive, consistent experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

Leading HR operations

  • Lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring managers and employees receive a responsive, professional and high-quality service.
  • Manage, coach and develop HR Administrators, creating a supportive and effective team environment.
  • Build and improve HR processes that support a growing, geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers who need clear, practical and commercially focused HR guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to make HR systems, processes and ways of working more efficient and scalable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
