Leicester | Salary: Up to £45,000 Permanent, Full-Time
Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for your next challenge?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join an established Fire & Security company based in Leicester. You will play a key role in leading the HR function, supporting managers across the business and overseeing the full employee lifecycle. If you have strong employee relations experience, people management skills and a passion for developing HR processes, then this role is for you!
What's On Offer
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Office-based role with no weekend work

Qualifications
Essential:
- Previous experience working as an HR Manager or in a senior HR position
- Experience managing and developing a HR team
- Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident minute-taking and document management skills

Desirable
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
- Proactive and professional approach with excellent organisational skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function, providing both strategic and operational HR support across the business.
- Supervise and develop two direct reports within the HR department, supporting their ongoing performance and development.
- Oversee the HR Training Coordinator/Administrator and support learning and development initiatives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, probation reviews and employee progression.
- Support managers with employee relations matters, providing practical HR advice and guidance.
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and compliance across the department.
- Confidently take minutes during formal HR meetings and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

As HR Manager, you will also be expected to:
- Be an organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Demonstrate a professional, empathetic and solutions-focused approach.
- Manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
