URGENT ROLE - IMMEDIATE START
Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be partnering with a fast-paced, rapidly growing SME to recruit an Interim HR Manager for an initial 3-month period, supporting the business through a particularly busy period of growth, projects and change.
Reporting to a talented CPO, and leading a small HR team of two, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the day-to-day HR operation, leading a variety of people projects and supporting the wider people agenda across the business.

This is a hands-on and varied HR role, where you'll lead a talented and developing team, manage ER, recruitment and onboarding, capability and people projects, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on all aspects of people management and best practice.
We're looking for a pragmatic, "can-do" HR generalist with strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach. Ideally, you'll have experience supporting both blue- and white-collar populations, with the credibility and confidence to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
