Reporting into senior leadership, the Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle and deliver a comprehensive HR service across the organisation.

This organisation is a well-established independent preparatory school.
Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintaining contracts, employee records and HR documentation.
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Supporting performance management, absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Managing employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies.
- Overseeing HR systems, reporting and workforce data.
- Coordinating learning and development activities and staff training programmes.

Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience maintaining HR systems and producing management information.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer
- Salary between £42,000 and £52,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position in the not-for-profit sector.
- Based in London.
- 5 Days a week on site
