At Connect2Law, we’re building a conveyancing business where ambitious people can do great work, feel supported by the people around them, and be part of a company that’s achieving strong, sustained growth.

We’re on a mission to make conveyancing clearer, faster, and more predictable. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Richmond, London, with offices in Sri Lanka, Connect2Law is the parent company of two distinct brands:

  • Muve is our direct-to-consumer brand, providing cost-effective, fast conveyancing solutions to buyers and sellers – rated 4.6 on Trustpilot.
  • Nova, launched last year, is our referring partner-focused brand providing a premium service and focused on building long-term partnerships with leading estate agents and mortgage brokers – rated 4.8 on Trustpilot.

Our brands are recognised across the industry: we’re proud to have been named National Conveyancing Firm of the Year (2022 & 2024) and The Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Companies (2023 & 2024).

About the Role

We are seeking a CIPD-qualified HR Manager with experience across the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess broad generalist HR expertise, a strong understanding of UK employment law, and the confidence to advise, support and coach managers at all levels. You will be comfortable managing sensitive and, at times, complex employee relations matters, demonstrating discretion, fairness, empathy and sound professional judgement. A genuine commitment to employee wellbeing is essential.

With most of our UK employees working remotely, it is important that we maintain a supportive, safe, and healthy environment where regular check-ins and meaningful connections are prioritised. You will have the ability to identify when colleagues may need extra support, someone to listen, or simply an opportunity to talk. You'll help foster a positive and inclusive culture and contribute to initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, and high performance. The successful candidate will be required to attend our Richmond office one day per week.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
