I’m partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their established People team in London.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering the opportunity to partner closely with senior stakeholders across the UK business, providing both strategic and operational HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a key HR point of contact across the UK business
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and the wider People team
- Supporting employee engagement, retention and talent development initiatives
- Managing and advising on complex employee relations matters
- Ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation
- Supporting organisational change and wider People projects
- Driving consistency and efficiency across HR systems, data and processes
- Working closely with Recruitment to support effective onboarding
- Championing a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture

You’ll be an experienced HR Manager / People Manager with a strong generalist background and the confidence to operate both strategically and hands-on.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex HR matters
- Strong project management and change experience
- A proactive, commercial and collaborative approach
- Experience operating within a fast-paced professional environment
