Human Resources Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days working from home)
Reports to: Human Resources Director
The Opportunity
This is a true HR generalist leadership role where no two days are the same. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you'll lead a small, capable HR team while partnering closely with senior leaders across the business. You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, ensuring the HR function delivers an exceptional service across multiple international locations. You'll play a key role in supporting organisational change, coaching managers, developing people, and ensuring our HR operations continue to run seamlessly. What you'll be doing
- Leading the day-to-day HR function across multiple international locations.
- Managing and developing a small HR team, including the HR Assistant and Training & Internal Events Coordinator.
- Providing expert advice and coaching to managers and senior leaders on all areas of people management and employment law.
- Managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and organisational change processes.
- Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Overseeing payroll processes, benefits administration and HR reporting.
- Delivering and supporting management development and learning initiatives.
- Ensuring HR policies, processes and compliance remain aligned with employment legislation.
- Working closely with the HR Director to support strategic HR projects and organisational development.
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business and internationally.

About you
You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic involvement with operational delivery. You'll bring:
- Chartered CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a broad HR generalist management role.
- Experience supporting international operations across multiple countries.
- Strong employee relations expertise and up-to-date employment law knowledge.
- Experience coaching and developing managers and leaders.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail - you deliver without needing to be chased.
- A collaborative, approachable and low-ego leadership style.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and adapting your communication style to different audiences.
- A genuine passion for supporting people and building positive working relationships.
French language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.

Additional Information
- Occasional international travel will be required, primarily to Europe and the USA.
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
