HR Manager | Europe

Location: Liverpool. Hybrid

Package: Competitive Salary + Benefits

Shape the Future of a High-Growth International Business

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded HR Manager to play a pivotal role in the next phase of our European growth journey. This is not a traditional HR role.

You'll join a rapidly expanding technology and energy business with operations across multiple European countries, acting as the driving force behind building scalable people processes, introducing structure, and creating a best-in-class employee experience. Reporting directly into the international leadership team and partnering closely with an overseas HQ, you'll be responsible for establishing the HR foundations that enable sustainable growth across a complex, multicultural organisation.

If you love creating order from complexity, building processes from the ground up, and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, frameworks, and governance across multiple European locations.
  • Building scalable people processes that support rapid organisational growth.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy, organisational design, and workforce planning.
  • Driving retention initiatives across Europe.
  • Leading employee relations activities while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.
  • Standardising performance management, succession planning, and employee development programmes.
  • Partnering with overseas headquarters to align global strategy with regional requirements.
  • Supporting cultural integration and engagement across diverse international teams.
  • Analysing HR metrics and workforce data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience across the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
