HR Manager (Fee Earner)

Leading London law firm is seeking a dedicated and personable HR Manager to join their close-knit HR team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to have end-to-end ownership of several fee earner groups in all their people activities.

What’s On Offer:

HR Manager – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, inductions, leavers, and HR systems
  • Overseeing payroll, salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders on employee relations, performance management, and complex people matters
  • Managing key HR compliance requirements, including SRA compliance, right-to-work, and DSARs
  • Supporting learning, development, mentoring, and talent programmes
  • Contributing to recruitment and trainee attraction, including assessment and insight events
  • Leading and supporting HR projects, organisational change, and process improvements
  • Providing leadership and guidance to HR colleagues, helping to prioritise workloads and maintain high standards
  • Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders

  • CIPD Certification (Level 5)
  • Experience gained in a similar / HR role is essential, ideally within a law firm
  • Must have experience in managing ER issues independently
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practice and understanding of HR strategy
