Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding, performance management, internal communication, training, health and safety, staff welfare, administration tasks, workforce planning, employee relations and implementation of International HR programs.
- Work with company managers to perform workforce & organisational planning, succession planning, and talent assessments.
- Act as a change agent within the organisation.
- Administer the company's talent management activities including the annual performance management cycle.
- Support Employee Surveys, including results debrief with managers and staff. Action planning activities.
- Measure HR KPI performance by department and company. Provide regular reports to Managers and benchmark vs Tempur Sealy International and external best practice.
- Support and advise company managers in all HR/Health and Safety functions and accurate records are maintained. Make sure that employee safety is a priority and that we meet the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive.
- Where appropriate- interpret, administer, and negotiate any collective bargaining agreement and handle all grievances.
- Maintains positive employee relations; promptly investigate complaints/issues and make recommendations to key stakeholders to resolve them.
- Keeps abreast of all local laws and regulations. Assure compliance with these requirements including Home Office Immigration Act to make sure that all employees meet the legal right to work status.
- Assure the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records.
- Implement and maintain defined HR metrics.
- Provide expertise and administrative support in all areas of local Compensation and Benefits and assist employees with questions and concerns.
- Analyse, define and lead on training requirements, including mandatory / corporate training requirements.
- Lead and/or support International HR Projects as required

Ideal Candidate Possesses These Attributes:
Technical Skills and Experience
- Retail HR Manager Experience is preferred
- Experience working with a global organization is preferred
- Experience working in both direct and matrix organizational environments
- Good knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications.
- Coaching / Training experience is preferred

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; emphasis in Human Resources or Business preferred
- CIPD Level 5
- Minimum of 5 years of prior Human Resource Manager / Generalist experience
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Based in Hayes, London
- Some travel will be required to attend International HR Meeting in the US and Regional HR Meetings within EMEA.
