HR Business Partner / HR Manager (Change Project) 6-Week Initial Contract | Hedge End, Southampton | Via Hays
Hays HR are supporting an large public sector organisation in Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire, with the appointment of an experienced HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Change Partner to support a restructure within the organisation.
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting managers through employee consultation processes, providing expert guidance on organisational change, new structures, revised job roles and grading changes.

Key responsibilities:
- Advise managers throughout individual and collective consultation processes.
- Support an restructuring and organisational redesign project.
- Provide guidance on role changes, re-banding and organisational risk.
- Coach managers on change conversations and employee relations matters.
- Ensure consultation activities are compliant, fair and delivered in line with policy and employment legislation.

About you:
- Proven experience supporting organisational change, restructures or reorganisation programmes.
- Strong employee relations and consultation experience.
- Confident advising managers on complex people matters and employment risk.
- Available at short notice for an initial 6-week assignment.
Location: Hedge End, Hampshire (easy access from the M27)
Duration: Initial 6-week contract with potential extension.
