HR Manager – London Law Firm
Are you an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser looking for your next opportunity within the legal or professional-services sector?
We are recruiting on behalf of an established London law firm seeking a confident and approachable HR professional to support its people and wider business priorities.
Working closely with partners, senior leaders and line managers, you will provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle while helping to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising managers on employee relations and HR best practice
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee retention
- Managing performance, absence and wellbeing matters
- Reviewing and improving HR policies and processes
- Supporting learning, development and career progression
- Contributing to engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Using people data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Helping to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation

We would be interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Generalist HR experience at HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Adviser or a similar level
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience advising managers on employee-relations matters
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach

Experience within a law firm or professional-services organisation would be beneficial. However, candidates with relevant transferable experience from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
