Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a growing and successful business?
We are recruiting for an ambitious and proactive HR Manager to lead the HR function, partnering with senior management to develop people strategies, drive employee engagement and ensure best practice across all areas of Human Resources.
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle while helping shape the future of the business.
The Role
As HR Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across the organisation, ensuring all HR activities are aligned with business objectives and employment legislation.
You will be responsible for developing policies, supporting managers, driving employee engagement and creating a positive working culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's HR function across all areas of Human Resources.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employment law, HR policies and employee relations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and offboarding.
- Support and coach managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practice.
- Lead recruitment campaigns, interviewing and selection processes for key appointments.
- Monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programmes.
- Manage salary reviews, benefits administration and HR reporting.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Produce HR metrics and reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.

The Person
We are looking for a confident HR professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the business.
You Will Have
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience managing employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
- Experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- A proactive and commercially focused approach.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous.
