Newport | £32,000 - £35,000

We are currently working with a successful and growing multi-site service business based in Newport to help them find an experienced HR Manager.

The Company

Our client is an established and growing business operating across England and Wales, with a network of sites supporting both individual and business customers. The organisation has continued to expand over recent years and has a strong focus on delivering high levels of customer service, developing its people and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

The Newport location is home to the company's head office and a number of central support functions, with the wider business operating across multiple locations. This is a people-focused, commercially minded organisation offering a varied environment for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees across a multi-site business.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused HR professional with a strong grounding in employee relations, HR compliance and policy, who enjoys working in a varied and hands-on environment.

As HR Manager, you will provide HR support across the organisation, working closely with managers and employees across multiple sites. There will be some travel to other locations, so the role would suit someone who enjoys being visible and building strong relationships across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
