HR Manager: Drive Culture, Engagement and Organisational Success
Location: Banbury (with travel to local sites)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Salary: up to circa £55,000 (pro-rata), to be discussed.

Key Responsibilities As a HR Manager
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and leadership teams
- Guide employee relations, performance management, and people development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development activities
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
- Lead and support disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processes
- Champion culture change and continuous improvement programmes
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Use HR data and insights to support business decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working
Who We're Looking For

- Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar senior HR role
- Manufacturing, engineering, or operational environment experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge stakeholders
- Experience supporting employee engagement, organisational development, or change initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across multiple sites when required
- CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience
