HR Manager / Recruiter
As we continue to expand internationally, we’re looking for a driven HR Manager / Recruiter to help us build an outstanding team.
About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead international talent acquisition across our growing organization. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing hard-to-fill and specialist roles to closing offers with top-tier candidates across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across various departments and geographies
- Source and close complex, hard-to-fill positions through direct search
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Represent the company’s employer brand throughout the candidate journey
- Onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth, positive integration into the company
- Contribute to other HR department projects and initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in international recruitment, ideally across multiple countries or regions
- Strong track record of closing complex and hard-to-fill vacancies
- Hands-on experience with direct search techniques
- Confident sourcing skills across various websites, job boards, and other resources
- Prior experience in a recruitment/staffing agency is a strong plus
- Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
