Position: Human Resources/ Learning & Development Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $150 - $350/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Rebuild business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint, emphasizing clarity and professional design.
- Enhance content structure, data visualization, visual storytelling, and slide layout for senior or client audiences.
- Edit and refine slide content while preserving critical HR and L&D definitions, caveats, and data accuracy.
- Document, in detail, the rationale for both improvements implemented and original elements deliberately retained.
- Analyze and strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, and exhibit selection for each slide.
- Handle diverse materials such as organization design decks, training modules, and compensation reviews.

Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in HR, learning & development, organizational development, or workforce strategy.
- Demonstrated experience crafting executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
- Strong skills in slide reconstruction, data visualization, visual storytelling, and business communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and content editing within HR and L&D subject matter.
- Ability to clearly explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and design choices.
- Comfort working independently in a project-based, sprint-driven context with variable volume.
