HR Manager - UK

Job Title: UK HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced UK HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function for our UK operations.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role responsible for the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, employee relations, development, and offboarding. The HR Manager will work directly with leadership and UK Brand Leads to ensure the business maintains strong people standards, follows UK employment requirements, and addresses HR issues quickly and properly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor, or equivalent senior HR role in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong experience in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
• Experience managing performance, probation, and capability processes.
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding.
• Good understanding of UK payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.
• Experience drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of absence, attendance, and workplace conduct management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professional judgment.
• Ability to challenge managers and employees when standards are not being met.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and sensitive employee matters confidently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
