About the Company
Our client is an established, growing Belfast business investing seriously in its people function. It's a hands-on, supportive environment where HR will have real influence, working closely with senior leadership to shape how the business supports and develops its people.
The Role
This is a broad, generalist HR Manager role with genuine ownership over how people practices are built and run. You'll bring structure and good judgement to day-to-day HR, with scope to get involved in wider business projects as the company grows. It suits someone confident working independently, who enjoys building things rather than just maintaining what's already there.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day HR function, including policies, processes and employee records.
- Provide practical advice to managers on employee relations, performance and conduct matters.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding.
- Support performance management and training across the business.
- Help shape culture, engagement and employee wellbeing.
- Contribute a people perspective to wider business projects and change.
What You'll Need

- Solid generalist HR experience, including employee relations, recruitment and performance management.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a smaller or growing business.
- Experience building or improving HR processes, not just administering existing ones.
- Good working knowledge of employment law and best practice.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5+), or equivalent experience.
