HR Marketing Intern: Various Locations
The intern will work on specifically assigned projects for the regional HR team as well as supporting projects on a global level. The goal is to promote our open positions and to work on establishing a positive employer brand of TWR. The candidate is reaching out to potential candidates through social media, internet platforms, and at conferences and universities. This opportunity is only open to EU citizens at the moment.
Role Summary

Come assist in TWR's European region, reaching out to potential candidates through social media, internet platforms, at conferences and universities. Bring depth to your resume by adding an internship that gives you international exposure to a wide variety of people. Getting the Gospel out to the world requires dedicated people; help us attract new staff, and equip our existing staff to recruit among their personal contacts.

Responsibilities
- Work on specific current HR projects
- Assist HR team in general responsibilities
- Join in recruiting events and conferences
- Manage social media marketing activities
- Revive alumni ministry to build relationships so that alumni will help TWR in various areas of ministry
- Project assignments for global HR team
Desirable Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Knowledge about MS Office
- Attentive to details and accuracy
- Have good people skills and team spirit to work with others
- Basic understanding of (HR) Marketing
