Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Professional and leader at The Tann Mann Foundation. The HR role involves:
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Managing volunteer benefits
- Personnel management
- Recruitment
- Ensuring compliance with HR regulations

Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee / volunteer benefits and personnel management
- Strong understanding of HR regulations
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of working in Wellness Technology space or Fashion Technology space would be useful.

This is an unpaid part time work from home opportunity. No money. No salary. No stipend.
