The Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Management Information & Systems Partner to provide a leading HR management information service. This role focuses on improving the quality and accessibility of workforce data, supporting HR in optimising systems, and delivering high-quality data products for strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to enhance data capabilities, aligning with the Town House Strategy and People Plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR teams with access and interpretation of complex data sets.
  • Plan and deliver the annual HESA Staff data return, ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
  • Continuously improve the People Dashboard report for leadership teams.
  • Assist in delivering Public Sector Equality Duty and Pay Gap reports.
  • Respond to external requests for HR data, including FOI and SARs.
  • Deliver tailored workforce data products to facilitate decision-making.
  • Lead as the HR data protection champion and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop tools and processes for continuous improvement in HR data management.

Our professionals give high-level support across the University along with responding to day-to-day queries from all areas and staff. In addition, they ensure our policies and procedures provide suitable frameworks to enable staff to operate successfully during their employment at Kingston University.
