HR & Office Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Southwest London - Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months, could go perm)
Working Pattern: Full Time
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Our client is seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused HR & Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
HR & People Administration
- Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.
- Coordinate training, probation reviews, and wider employee lifecycle administration.
- Support colleagues with general HR and people-related administration.
Office Management & Administration
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Manage reception duties, post, inquiries, room bookings, office supplies, and refreshments.
- Create a welcoming and professional environment for staff and visitors.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and ways of working.
Facilities & Health & Safety
- Support the administration of health & safety across the organisation.
- Coordinate workplace inductions, risk assessments, and fire safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, and health & safety actions.

IT & Systems
- Manage organisational IT assets and provide first-line support for basic IT issues.
- Coordinate the procurement and set-up of equipment and devices.
Senior Stakeholder & Governance Support
- Provide administrative support for Board, Committee, and organisational meetings.
- Assist with organising internal meetings, events, and wider organisational activities.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Previous experience in office administration, HR administration, or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records and coordinating meetings.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently while using initiative.
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality.
