Company Description
We are looking for an HR & Office Coordinator to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes as well as to keep our office well organized, established, and supervised in our UK/EU offices based in London.
As HR & Office Coordinator, you will serve as a link between our organization's management and its employees. You will ensure HR best practices in accordance with local employment law are followed, and care for all HR matters for our local office, recruitment, benefits, and employee well-being in the UK/EU region as well as general office management activities.
To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in HR, appropriate experience or a degree in a related field is required.
Role Description

- Administering employee records
- Assisting with onboarding and off boarding
- Coordinating benefits
- Helping ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
The role involves managing employee queries, supporting employee relations activities, and assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives across the UK/EU region. The HR & Office Coordinator also oversees general office administration, such as:
- Maintaining office supplies
- Being the point of contact on office/HR-based IT queries
- Coordinating meeting logistics
- Liaising with vendors
- Ensuring a professional and efficient office environment
This role collaborates closely with HR leadership, regional managers, and cross-functional teams to support a positive, inclusive, and well-organized workplace.
This role is suited to someone who is newer to HR and looking for a place to grow or someone who wants a varied role with lots of opportunity to make your stamp on how we run HR in the UK and further into the EU.

Qualifications
- Relevant degree or qualification in Human Resources
- Fluent in English, with another European language desirable
- Working knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Office Manager role with HR tasks
- People-oriented and result-driven
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to think logically and act independently
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Salary Expectations
£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience (3 days minimum in office)
