Salary: £26,269 FTE (pro rata for 2.5 days/week)
Contract: Part-Time (17.5 hrs/week), FTC until August 2027
Location: Remote

We have a great opportunity for a HR Officer (People Services) working for a well-established national children's charity delivering vital services to young people facing abuse, exploitation, and neglect, while creating positive, lasting change through its support and advocacy work.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking People, Culture and Transformation team where you will play a key role in delivering an excellent HR service.

As part of this rewarding role, you will:
- Manage a wide range of HR administration and employee lifecycle activities, including contractual changes, family leave processes, payroll-related administration, and responding to employee queries.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
- Prepare HR documentation and reports.
- Provide first-line guidance on a variety of people-related matters.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you'll help ensure a high-quality, customer-focused HR service is delivered at all times.
To be successful as the HR Officer (People Services), you will need:
- Experience providing HR administration or operational HR support within a busy environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience responding to employee queries and supporting people processes with a customer-focused approach.
