Full Time HR Officer Based in Solihull

Client Details

My client is a large scale multinational property management organisation looking for a full time HR Officer based in Solihull.

Description

  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support.
  • Help to coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Process and monitor employee absences and holiday requests.
  • Update HR systems and ensure all data is kept current.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Profile

A successful HR Officer should have:

  • CIPD Level 3 desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Can commute to Solihull.
