Full Time HR Officer Based in Solihull
Client Details
My client is a large scale multinational property management organisation looking for a full time HR Officer based in Solihull.
Description
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support.
- Help to coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Process and monitor employee absences and holiday requests.
- Update HR systems and ensure all data is kept current.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Can commute to Solihull.
