Job Description
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Two roles available, one based in Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (HLS) and the other in the Faculty of Environment and Social Sciences (ESS)
About the Role
As a HR Officer you will have responsibility for the full range of HR activities including workforce planning and recruitment. You will support managers in dealing with staffing issues effectively and implementing process improvements to enhance the service we provide. You will be a key member of our busy, solution-focussed HR team, working with colleagues across the service on both “business as usual” and service-wide HR strategic initiatives. Alternatively, you may be working with one of the University’s major change programmes, supporting the introduction of new ways of working.
