The purpose of this role is to assist in the daily running of the Human Resources department, ensuring that all M&C procedures and targets are met.

As HR Officer your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the HR administration function with the monthly reporting cycle, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for the HR team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, providing assistance and guidance where necessary.
  • Support with the employee life cycle (onboarding of new starters, drafting contracts and other HR communication, performance reviews, and exit interviews).
  • Assist with employee relation matters, disciplinary & grievance process.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Managing training administration via our e-learning platform.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the delivery of social events.

As HR Officer essential skills are:

  • Previous experience in HR at a similar level preferably for 4-5* hotel or hospitality-related environments.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with a positive and energetic nature.
  • Connect positively and engage with colleagues in the HR function as well as other departments and hotel' teams.
  • Understanding of HR issues and ensuring compliance with our Human Resources guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as employment law, rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in various IT systems including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and HRIS, with a positive approach to using systems and technology.

The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge is a 4-star deluxe, contemporary hotel, situated on the impressive location of Knightsbridge, the heart of one of the capital’s most upmarket shopping districts. The hotel boasts 222 well-appointed guest rooms, ranging from Standard and Superior rooms to Club rooms and Luxury suites.
