A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join a successful and supportive secondary school in Aylesbury on a maternity cover contract.
This is a varied, hands-on position working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations across the school.

30 hours per week
Working Weeks
39 weeks + 2 weeks during school holidays
Salary
£25,500 actual salary
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR duties including maintaining the Single Central Record, supporting safer recruitment and DBS processes, preparing employment contracts and contract changes, managing staff absence records, supporting payroll changes, and assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Previous HR experience, with experience within a school or education setting particularly desirable.
- Organised, confident handling sensitive information.
- Comfortable managing a varied workload independently.
